The Network of Administrative Professionals of Ghana (NAPG) is organising its annual summit to equip administrative professionals with the mindset, tools, and strategies they need to thrive in the modern workplace.

Diana is an international speaker, trainer, and consultant who focuses on digital transformation, new work, personal branding, and leadership.
Throughout her career, she has worked successfully for C-Level Executives within global corporations such as Sony. In 2019, Diana was named Woman of the Week by the Global Digital Women and has been nominated for the Digital Female Leader Award
Diana hosts "Executive Office Insights", a go-to podcast for professionals in executive support and leadership roles. She is also a LinkedIn instructor and a certified strength coach.

Joy is a digital consultant and people development practitioner with a decade of experience in digital transformation, people strategy, and project execution.
Joy's early career included roles as Executive Assistant to the HR Director at Vodafone Ghana and Executive Assistant and Knowledge Manager at BCA Leadership, A pan African Leadership Enhancement organizations with presence in about 10 African countries , supporting 100+ c-level executives.
Currently, she leads a team at CTL Africa Leadership, providing leadership and personal development training. She is also the co-founded Abeyie Innovation Studios and Sherock Women.

Alexandra Boateng is a dynamic learning and development consultant specialising in the IT and cybersecurity space. With a passion for empowering others through knowledge, she works with companies to design and deliver impactful training solutions that upskill teams and drive digital transformation.
Beyond her consulting work, Alexandra is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. She leads a global volunteer initiative that provides partial scholarships and career development support to undergraduate, master’s, and PhD students pursuing IT-related programs—particularly those looking to break into cybersecurity.

With a strong foundation as a former executive assistant, Gladys is now a seasoned marketing and automation specialist who helps entrepreneurs and organisations optimise their systems and workflows for growth and scalability.
Her passion lies in streamlining operations so that businesses can focus on high-priority tasks and drive revenue.
Mr. Obed Oduro Adjei is an experience AI Trainer and Advocate dedicated to promoting the ethical use of artificial intelligence across education and professional practice. He trains office administrators on integrating AI responsibly into their daily workflows, while also equipping faculty members with strategies to apply AI ethically in both research and teaching.
In addition, he provides practical guidance on using AI to automate administrative processes for improved efficiency. Obed serves as a Senior ICT Assistant at Accra Technical University and also lectures part-time at the institution, combining his technical expertise with his passion for ethical technology adoption.

Pearl P. Tehoda is a seasoned leader driving excellence across two organizations. As Executive Director of the HR Certification Centre, she has built a premier training ecosystem advancing human capital development. In her role as CEO of Port Link Logistics Ltd., she applies her expertise in operations and compliance to guide businesses through complex challenges.

Edith Kuteesa Gitta is a passionate leader in administration, executive support, and professional development. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Nexus Green Foundation and is the Founder of Mended Pieces Ministries (MPM).
A former President of the National Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (NASAP-Uganda), Edith has played a key role in advancing the professional growth and recognition of administrative professionals across the region.
Edith is deeply committed to empowering women and youth through initiatives that promote employability, entrepreneurship, and financial independence.

Roland Okai Adjei is a Chartered Professional Administrator and Management Consultant and a passionate advocate for the administrative profession with over 10 years of experience.
Motivated by the neglect of the administrative field and the broader issues of underemployment in Ghana and Africa, he has dedicated himself to elevating the profession through advocacy, thought leadership, and collaboration

Emmanuela Tijani is a Senior Product & Marketing Leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution.

Her journey reflects a deep understanding of both frontline support and strategic leadership. Emmanuela brings a powerful mix of business acumen, communication strength, and people-first leadership to every role.

Rebecca is an Executive Assistance Specialist with over a decade years of expertise in executive support, office management, event planning and travel management. Her main goal is to support CEOs/Executives in handling the administrative facets of their position in order to optimize their performance.
She is the founder of the Network of Administrative Professionals of Ghana (NAPG). Administrative professionals, such as Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Administrative Assistants, and others, are brought together by this professional networking group to exchange best practices, address professional concerns, and share experiences.__

Vicentia is a communications executive with expertise in research communication. She currently leads the Communications and Publications Office at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, where she also spearheads communications for key projects, including the ReFinD Research Initiative, Future of Work Research Initiative for West and Central Africa, and Environment for Development Ghana.

Nanaa is a bilingual communications and PR specialist. She is passionate about the EA profession, having spent eight years of her working life in administrative executive roles.
She also loves being the emcee and moderator at social and corporate events. When her life story is read, she wants to be remembered as someone who brought a little sunshine to those she encountered.
