Advancing Influence & Innovation in the Administrative Profession

DAY 2: 09/10/2026 | 8:30AM (in person)
DAY 1 - 100% Online
The Network of Administrative Professionals of Ghana (NAPG) is organising its annual summit to equip administrative professionals with the mindset, tools, and strategies they need to thrive in the modern workplace.
Beyond traditional administrative support functions, today's professionals are increasingly expected to demonstrate strategic thinking, operational efficiency, adaptability, technological competence, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to organisational success.
As workplaces continue to evolve due to digital transformation, changing organisational structures, and the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), administrative professionals must position themselves to remain relevant, impactful, and future-ready.
Recognising this shift, the summit is designed to equip administrative professionals with practical skills, modern productivity systems, strategic insights, and workplace improvement tools that will help them increase their effectiveness and value within their organisations.
Unlike traditional conferences that focus mainly on motivation and networking, this summit is designed as a professional development and workplace impact experience that combines strategic conversations, practical workshops, AI-powered productivity training, and collaborative problem-solving.
For organisations, this is an investment in the professionals who keep operations running, support executive performance, and drive workplace efficiency. For participants, it is an opportunity to step into a more strategic, more visible, and more impactful version of their professional role.

Shireen Dreyer is an organisationally and operationally savvy practitioner whose work spans executive operations, governance, legal operations, and business administration. Understanding how organisations function, how value is created, and how administrative capability drives meaningful outcomes sits at the centre of her work.
She applies systems, processes, and technology to reduce unnecessary effort, strengthen organisational capability, and build more sustainable ways of working – less dependent on individual effort alone.
Shireen's thinking is shaped by a deep curiosity about capability, language, professional identity, and the assumptions that define careers and success. That curiosity extends beyond the workplace too, as she questions whether traditional notions of retirement still serve today's knowledge worker, and explores what meaningful contribution looks like beyond full-time employment.
