The Network of Administrative Professionals of Ghana (NAPG) is organising its annual summit to equip administrative professionals with the mindset, tools, and strategies they need to thrive in the modern workplace.


Beyond traditional administrative support functions, today's professionals are increasingly expected to demonstrate strategic thinking, operational efficiency, adaptability, technological competence, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to organisational success.


As workplaces continue to evolve due to digital transformation, changing organisational structures, and the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), administrative professionals must position themselves to remain relevant, impactful, and future-ready.


Recognising this shift, the summit is designed to equip administrative professionals with practical skills, modern productivity systems, strategic insights, and workplace improvement tools that will help them increase their effectiveness and value within their organisations.


Unlike traditional conferences that focus mainly on motivation and networking, this summit is designed as a professional development and workplace impact experience that combines strategic conversations, practical workshops, AI-powered productivity training, and collaborative problem-solving.

Elizabeth is the founder of Assistologist, a Poland-based association that elevates the executive assistant's role through global best practices and strategic collaboration. She is passionate about healthy living, mindfulness, and exploring the world.

Obed Oduro AdjeiTopic: Systems That Transform Work Gets Done

Mr. Obed Oduro Adjei is an experience AI Trainer and Advocate dedicated to promoting the ethical use of artificial intelligence across education and professional practice. He trains office administrators on integrating AI responsibly into their daily workflows, while also equipping faculty members with strategies to apply AI ethically in both research and teaching.


In addition, he provides practical guidance on using AI to automate administrative processes for improved efficiency. Obed serves as a Senior ICT Assistant at Accra Technical University and also lectures part-time at the institution, combining his technical expertise with his passion for ethical technology adoption.

She is the founder of the Network of Administrative Professionals of Ghana (NAPG). Administrative professionals, such as executive assistants, personal assistants, administrative assistants, and others, are brought together by this professional networking group to exchange best practices, address professional concerns, and share experiences.__

Vicentia is a communications executive with expertise in research communication. She currently leads the Communications and Publications Office at the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), University of Ghana, where she also spearheads communications for key projects, including the ReFinD Research Initiative, Future of Work Research Initiative for West and Central Africa, and Environment for Development Ghana.
